A CCTV camera footage went viral in Noida on Tuesday of an incident that captured a woman running after an unknown man who snatched her phone in broad daylight. The incident took place in the upscale Sector 34 of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The woman was walking on the street when a man snatched her phone from her hand. The man then ran away quickly and the woman can be seen running after him in order to secure her phone. The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera. The video footage shows the woman engrossed in a phone conversation as she walks ahead. The man then approaches her from behind and snatches her phone.

Noida Police said that “an FIR has been lodged and police are monitoring the CCTV Camera footage to capture the culprit in this incident.”

The woman tries to chase after him, but he manages to escape. The police are investigating the matter. They are also trying to identify the man in the CCTV footage.
