Renowned YouTuber and motivational speaker, Vivek Bindra, is facing allegations of domestic violence lodged by his wife shortly after their recent marriage. The Noida police in Uttar Pradesh have taken cognizance of the case and initiated legal proceedings following a formal complaint from Bindra’s brother-in-law. The Noida Police has initiated legal action against Bindra following allegations of assaulting his wife, Yanika Bindra.

According to news reports, the incident occurred just eight days after their December 6 wedding, prompting Yanika’s brother, Vaibhav, to file a case at Noida Sector 126 police station on December 14. Bindra, CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt Ltd, faces charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427, and 325.

The Noida Police is actively investigating the matter and has assured a comprehensive inquiry into the allegations. According to the complaint filed by Yanika’s brother, Vivek Bindra allegedly locked his sister in a room, verbally abused her, and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries across her body.

A widely circulated video on social media shows Yanika displaying her injury marks to medical professionals. Vaibhav revealed that his sister is currently receiving medical treatment at Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital and is experiencing hearing difficulties due to the alleged assault on her ears.

In the midst of these legal troubles, Bindra faces public backlash on social media over an alleged scam. A video by another prominent Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari, titled “Unveiling a Major Scam,” gained traction, featuring statements from students who claimed to be misled by Bindra’s company. Bindra has vehemently denied all accusations.

Maheshwari alleges pressure to remove the video but, contrary to expectations, the video has garnered increased attention as supporters rally behind him, urging him not to take it down. The situation remains dynamic as both legal and social media responses unfold.
